The participant agreement explains activity risks, participant responsibilities, emergency care, and the proposed release terms for Outdoor Re-Education programs. Every participant—or a parent or legal guardian when applicable—must complete the required paperwork before taking part.

Participants should receive the agreement with their program details far enough in advance to read it without pressure. The photo and media choice is separate and optional.

A completed agreement does not replace the event briefing, site-specific safety instructions, medical readiness questions, appropriate insurance, or professional legal review.
